Meet Tana!

Tana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in Health Science-Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer and a certification in Intuitive Eating. She became a dietitian when she realized that how you fuel yourself throughout the day has a big impact on how you feel and train.

Tana is passionate about helping others learn how to fuel, train and recover properly for their mountain activities. She does this by combating diet culture and food rules while working within a Health At Every Size and non-diet approach. She does this through helping people of all ages learn to enjoy good and eat intuitively while properly fueling their activities. She loves to help others take a deeper look into their eating patterns and learn what works best for them as there is no “one-size fits all approach”. Tana aims to help clients fuel their daily activities so they can reach their full potential in athletics and their every day routine. Her comprehensive approach considers how many factors contribute to our relationship with food. She works with athletes recovering from eating disorders, training for their first mountain bike race or next ultra.

When Tana is not working, you can find her in the mountains skiing, biking, hiking or running or floating on a body of water!
